DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries are sent by mail or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order. With the shipment, benefit and risk are transferred to the customer, as far as this is legally permissible. beyond-frequencies.com is not obliged to prove the shipment. In the event of loss of the goods during shipment, the supplier cannot be held liable.
If the shipment cannot be delivered or is not picked up by the customer, the additional shipping costs and a handling fee of € 15.00 are to be paid by the customer. A new shipment will only be made after receipt of payment.

We deliver to all countries of the European Union, as well as to Iceland, Norway and Switzerland.
